Given the government control involved in GM, it's possible that the company might be making decisions that are not so much in the best interests of the company and all of its employees but set along nationalistic interests.I see no reason why one profitable venture must be sacrificed over another, which is valid if more value is being created than consumed in all cases.

An administrative agency will previously decide if they cut you off or not, and you can be heard then, but you'll only get the chance to a judicial appeal after they cut you off.Sadly, it looks like the Swedish Pirate Party voted for this law because their national laws were worse than this, so for them it's a phyrric victory, but for every other country that already asked for a previous judicial authorization it's a BIG defeat, as european laws override national laws.

My brother had it. He said it sucked quite a bit. So does the regular flu when you get it bad. The thing that's worrying about this H1N1 strain is that it can be very bad, even for people who are otherwise healthy. There's probably some reason that it ends up effecting some people so much more but as far as I know, it's not been identified. It's essentially the luck of the draw. This is what makes it scary (in a reasonable non-panic inducing sense).
