Also, pretty much all of the houses in France are built so that all of the windows (or most of them) only face South so that the most heat gets into the home and they save on heating energy. They pay for amount of water used in the household rather than just water heating, causing them to really restrict their water use, and they are light years ahead of North America as far as low emission cars go. North American could learn A LOT from France in terms of environmental responsibility. Unfortunately, individuals in N.A. are not willing to make any real changes like the French seem willing to be. Otherwise, the French are quite irritating.

I can't believe this is even being questioned. From everything I've read, this isn't a case of the prosecutors making a mistake, it's a case of them flat out lying. The fallout from a coal power plant can be dirty, but CO2 isn't the fallout.And Nuclear Powerplants should all be entirely clean, as an "dirt" would probably be radioactive, which is why they keep it contained, in high-security areas, until they figure out there's a place in Nevada to store it.
